I am new to the divorce scene...my husband just let me know this weekend. I hate the anxiety I have and I want to know if I'll make it trough this o.k.?
I don't want it but yet I know both of us don't want to continue how we have been. I have never been to counseling but I am going to go myself.
How do you deal with it emotionally? With the kids? He doesn't want anything to do with them (because he is mad at me).
I don't know how to make it better. How do I stop the tears...how do I move on when I don't want to move on...

Yes you will make it through this OK.
Go to counseling asap. You worry about you and your kids right now and not your husband or marriage.
Make sure that you take care of you and those that depend on you.
