Today is my 25th wedding anniversary. Not too much to celebrate. How do people get through them?

First off, C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S!!!!! Not too many folks make it that far these days. I'm sorry this is a very late wish for you - just noticed the date of your Post.
How about a nice dinner out, leave the cell phones and pagers behind, sit down, enjoy each other's company and just TALK with each other - giving each other your UNDIVIDED ATTENTION - no accusations, name-calling, etc. just talk about things, dreams, hopes, wishes, plans, etc. Pretend it's your First Date! Do something wild for once! Kick up your heels and go out on a limb. Take a nice 2 or 3 day Road Trip somewhere. Stay in a Bed & Breakfast.
Just a few suggestions to have some fun. You might just like it so much you decide you don't want to stop enjoying each other's company again...
Harold
