husband calls his wife from work in excitement and says:

"darling i've got a chance of going on a weeks free fishing trip".

"oh that's good honey, when is it for"? asks the wife.

"i have to leave tonight" replies the husband.

"ok, that's fine then" replies the wife.

"can you please pack my fishing tackle, oh and before i forget can you especially pack my blue silk pyjamas"? asks the husband.

"ok honey" replies the wife.

"thanks, i'll see you in an hour then".

the husband returns from his fishing trip a week later:

"hello honey, how was your fishing trip"? asks the wife.

"oh it was fantastic, the only problem was you forgot to pack my silk pyjamas" replied the husband.

"no i didn't forget honey, i packed your pyjamas in your tackle box". replied the wife.

grame-

I can relate to this literally.

My h (now x) "needed" to get away to think for a weekend.
He went camping, left straight from work.

Funny thing though, he didn't take hiking boots, sneakers, boots etc..
He went in his dress shoes!

Another odd thing, none of his clothing even smelled of a fire.

I guess these types of guys must really think we are that dumb.

K.

Graeme-

I'm guessing this is something that happened to you. I'm sooo sorry to hear it. I pray it's just a scenario. But if it's true, you're brilliant for packle his PJs in his tackle box!

What did he do then?

OK, Graeme,

I just read another post of yours. You're the H not the W, I see now. So what gives? Were you the phony fisherman who got caught?

Too

Graeme,

I wasn't trying to take away from your joke.

I just thought it was ironic that I could relate to it so well.

Jokes are fun, and needed!

Take Care,
K
