I need advice to solve a problem. Last year before a vaction to the state my husbands mother lives in, I told my husband that I slept with my ex-boyfriend over a year ago. I told him that I was very sorry and that I would never do anything to hurt him again. I agreed to move 3000 miles away to start over. My problem is this, I never relized how difficult it would be for me to be in a new state so far from my daughter and grandchild. I have suffered so much since moving here it is unreal. I feel like I am being punished for what did by being 3000 miles from them just to keep me away from my ex. My husband is really happy here and I don't want to be away from him, but I miss not being a part of my family's lives. I feel as if I cannot make a decision that would be right. He has told me that we wouldnt be here if it werent for my affair. Please will someone give me some advise or email me so that we can talk. I know no one here and I have no family here. [LIST]

First of all, I am so sorry that you are having this problem. It's difficult enough to admit to being unfaithful, and now your H seems to be punishing you. It doesn't sound like he's addressed your EN's at all. Print off the emotional needs test from this website and go through it. It's not fair to punish you for what you did but separating you from your family. You need to discuss this with him. I think your H hasn't gotten over your unfaithfulness because it doesn't seem like either of you addressed why it happened in the first place. I wish you all the best.
