I had posted here a little while back on the emotional needs portion. I am an alcoholic and am in recovery. Has not been for too long a time but I am very active. My wife had an affair that I no longer am angry about. However, it continues throguh marriage counseling.
I am very aware of focusing on myself, however she is now filing for divorce. She is convinced that is what is best. I'm talking to my counselors, my sponsor, anyone who will listen. We have been together for 20 years. I am crushed. I do not know how to cope with this. I really felt good for awhile.
I guess that I have done too much damage to be repaired. Any advice on how to handle all of this. Is there something that I need to do. I am really just lost, and confused.
Help....Thanks
