I must say thank you to everyone who has helped me with what I'm going through. I am so glad I found this site. It has been a great support group. I am in an area that right now does not have a support group for/divorced/divorcing people, so this is a blessing. I am still praying for a positive outcome, but if not I am feeling better thanks to everyone's advise.
Again God Bless you all.

Thanks,
Still tough road. I sure hate the lawyer thing though. My wife has become so impersonal to me. One minute best friends the next we don't communicate. Go figure. Can she go the whole process without seeing or speaking? I feel there is so much to resolve. Gary Chapman in his book "Hope for the separated" says in this case someone has to step in and get communication flowing in order for htere to be reconciliation. I sure hope this person (or God) steps in soon. Driving me nuts not seeing or talking to her.

Hmmm...how about a journal? Why don't you start a journal where you can record what you wish you could say to W?

Don't show it to her. Just let it be a tool to get you through this silent time. Then your thoughts will be more clear when she's ready to talk. Probably you still won't want to show her the journal then (because you might need to write out what also makes you angry right now) but you will be in touch with your emotions and the most important things you need her to hear.

What do you think?

I have been writing!!I have about 11 pages on word single spaced. Since no one will see it I've probably babbled the same stuff.

I am also concerened....the other night when I was feeling low I said some things on MB and listed spouses phone # and of course someone called her! I'm sure this set me back....and I was doing soooo good. I just hope she didn't go to MB and see my posts.....she would think I'm obssessing about her again....and she hates it.

Al, that's why MB has moderators. They are pretty quick to edit anything unsafe or unsound. You can also edit your own posts--I am rather challenged in this regard but just post in the Technical Feedback forum or maybe someone will see this thread and jump in with practical advice.

Yeah....I did edit, but by that time I was out of town and I'm sure she headed right for computer. Person left message on her machine, so I don't know if the referred to MB site. If they didn't and left no contact # then I'm fine.
Most everything I have said has been a caring husband......depressed but caring

You are a caring person. Take a deep breath and hope for the best. We all make mistakes. Everything will be ok. It's amazing how somehow things often work out. We worry about things that never happen.

You've learned a lesson to think before you write. It happens to alot of us here. I've written stuff that has totally embarrassed me and sometimes hurt others here. I am too dumb to know how to edit so when I have the guts, I come back and apologize. Sometimes I just disappear for awhile! But I seem to come back sooner or later.

Try not to worry so much. Be patient with yourself.

That is not one of my strong points "patience". Thats why my wife and I aren't together. I am getting better though. I am the type when I want something I want it now. That's why I hate fishing lately. All day for nothing. Except peace and quite and thinking to youself....so I've tried to relate that. It's so hard......because sometimes I call her answering machine just to hear her voice. Weird? Not very often....just when I need it. It's weird I even miss the arguements. I miss her calling me at work and asking me to pick something up before I come home. I miss going out together. I just have to pray that she (will) miss some of these things to get her to think of reconciliation before it's too late. Now my daughter is acting different. Hitting and being rude. She wasn't like that before. Now I only see her 2 days every 2 weeks. My wife rarely has her either, because she's always in daycare. (But she thinks our split is better for our daughter!!!) Phooey!
