We are planning to file an uncontested D.
One lawyer always files these in another county about 130 miles from here. In our state, you can file in any county. He likes that county because they accept filings by mail and they process them quickly.
I'm wondering if having filed there, any future adjustments in CS or visitation/custody have to be handled in that court, or can they be handled in our county?
Would we have to go to court for adjustment of CS? How about visitation/custody adjustments?
We are in AL.

AD, I can't answer your question but my lawyer was very picky about what county to have to deal with based on the judges reputation.
Here in NJ, you can file in the county you live in and there are many things that are left to the judges descretion in a dispute.
Get an opinion from another lawyer
