I've been officially divorced for 3 months now. I'm starting to normal again. I've taken a brand new interest in life. I no longer feel the burden of trying to make something out of nothing. My job has turned into a career and I'm happy again. I bought her out of the house and it's truly mine now. I changed it around to suit me by redecorating and snapping out of the same routines that plagued our marriage. I love the single life because of the freedom to feel and do and be who I am. I believe that I'll find love again and it'll be better than ever. I know what I want and although I still make mistakes in judgement, it's easier for me to bounce back now. I trust my instincts. I'm not worried about whether I'll ever fall in love again because I know that whatever happens from here on out, I'm gonna be o.k. I've learned that love comes naturally and trust isn't just a word. You know your in good company when that person makes you feel good about yourself. And for right now, I'm enjoying my own company. I'm busy at work, I involved with sports, I feel connected to God and most of all, I know that good things are gonna happen for me. I wish my X the same. Things are so clear to me now. When someone ask me what happened to your marriage, I simply say, we weren't right for eachother.
