hey guys!! my H went to see a lawyer yesterday! so now we have a lawyer. he explained everything to my H. so my H was a bit stressed yesterday. it is about time someone else around here stresses out!! lol. anyway, we are filing the response today. my H is going to his office to pick it up and then we wait until they notify him when to go for the paternity testing. i feel a bit better now, a little more in control. she is trying to back out now, but she can't. i could only hope the OC is not his... but i doubt we will be so lucky.
thanks!! talk to ya later!!
------------------
happy_girl

She's acting mighty suspicious, HG! What does she have to hide? Think positive.

thanks polly. he took the papers to the court today, no now we wait. and i told him to tell the OW to contact her lawyer because we don't want to talk to her directly, she wanted it this way and now this is how it will be. and i told him if she keeps calling we can switch cell phones and i will pretend i don't know him and that i just got the number. then she won't be able to find us. our number is unlisted and she can contact us thru the courts!! i do feel so much stronger now. and glad my H finally sees what we are up against. this lawyer seems fair. is $2000 to much to do the paperwork and represent him in court?? just wondering if we got ripped off.

------------------
happy_girl
