Recently, a co-worker of mine was asking around the office for ideas to plan a very special 20th anniversary for his wife. They have had problems (infidelity, on his part) in the past and are in recovery, trying to repair their marriage. He is truly remorseful of what he's done and is trying his best to make his marriage work. As such, he'd like to do something a little beyond the ordinary flowers, gift and/or card for their upcoming anniversary.
Since none of us had any creative ideas, I thought I'd ask here, since this Board is filled with many wonderful people who may have been in a similar circumstance.
Any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much for your help!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

How about a wedding. They can renew their vows.

Do they have children? If their ages are such that they would write from the heart a "poem", writing of "honor" of both parents...why they love them both...the things that they have admired of them over the years. Integrate that into a surprise party. They each can be given the floor to share their heart about what makes Mom and dad so special to them!
Blessings!
In Christ's name! <><

Thanks so much for your fantastic ideas!! Yes, they have 2 kids (almost teens). How about renewed wedding vows with the kids participation in some way, along with that letter from the kids to their parents?
I'll be sure to pass these ideas along to him! Thanks again!
