I answered ktgirl's thread about 'restraining orders' and ended up telling her about the Judge's decision (received yesterday) in New York regarding his decision on the phony, libelous Order for Protection against me, courtesy of the OW.
I have to leave for a while and don't have the time to delve into it right now, so please read ktgirl's thread if your interested in the results. I'll be back late tonight.
Thanks, Guys
Catnip =^^=

Catnip,
I am sooooo sorry. All I can think is that the OW is going to court and voicing her problems. Making you into some psychotic wife, who is out for revenge. I am sure she goes and sheds some tears and he falls for it, or she really is on that b**w j*b plan that was mentioned by ktgirl. LOL
I just can't believe this society. I still think we should go back to the old days of stoning women who screw with other husbands. Then their children would go to orphanages, and people could adopt them without all the paperwork. That might sound harsh, but things sure are not better now. I am thinking of you. Try to keep your head up.
babstr.

Catnip,
This is really UNBELIEVABLE and I must say that I am totally surprised. I am a true blue New Yorker (born and raised) and I know that orders of protection can be issued for any old reason but for you to have one extended for two damn years you have to come with some concrete evidence and there is usually a hearing between the judge and all involved parties. She has got to know the judge or is doing just what KT girl has suggested [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]. Totally unbelievable and totally WRONG!!!! I am sorry for the added bulls*@#! But remember what goes around has to come back around!!
P.S. Hey Catnip, I don't live too far from her I will have no problem dressing in all black (like a ninja in the night) and busting her a$$!!!! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] (just a thought!)

Babster,
I live in Jefferson City. Only problem is I can't track down an address on OW in my case, she crawled off under a rock somewhere like the insect she is and hid herself. I think it would be a great stress reliever in my life too, too bad we can't really do something like that. Oh, the possibilities!!!! [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

Cat,
Sometimes the best defense is a good offense.
The two best offenses I can think of off the top of my head:
1) Counter sue for malitious intent to use the courts as means to cause harm. Or in other words mental anguish.
2) File a complaint to the court that she is using the cort system as a means to cause problems in your life and their is no valid claims she is making. Nothing pisses off the judicial system more than someone who keeps placing phony claims. They are over booked as it is without some trouble maker.
I have the feeling the first one will shut her up when she has to start forking money over to protect herself from you. Plus this day and age the damage rewards is in the millions. No one in their right mind wants to face that.

Catnip,
I totally agree with (and I hope I spell this right) Pahkissa. That's somewhat close to what I recommended about the Judicial review board. BTW, have any luck in that area yet? Have you located whom you will have to contact to set that in motion? I know you were working on it. I hope you find some relief from this stupid OFP soon. Good luck, and keep us informed, okay?
