Ok... first a little update... After I told H that I couldnt take it anymore that I didnt want things to work out with him... (I panicked after reading DD's post... they were too similar to what I am going thru now) He and I had a long talk after work that day and fixed everything (for the moment anyway, I seem to be prone to these bouts of depression where I cant stand to hear his voice sometimes) <P>Anyway, on to the good news!! We have a appointment with a lawyer Thursday night to talk about getting weekend visitation with the OC. H called OW Friday (while I was there) and asked her if she had a babysitter for Saturday while she worked yet or not. She said not yet, he asked if he could keep the baby she said No. <P>Now we are doing something about it. H has agreeed that I am to be involved 150% with everything that happens. I feel that I have gained control again and that little B**** is going to be sorry she every F***ED with ME!!!<P>I will show her spiteful!!!<P>HA HA HA !!!<P>I am SOOOO Excited!!!

Congratulations Littlebird. Make sure you continue going down this path and that you and your H are always on the same page.<P>She can't stop the court from granting your H visitation. And you are it's stepmother (I know sounds so bad) so unless she wants to drop off the face of the earth she's going to have to accept that. Now who's got the power. I'm so happy for you. Hey Littlebird...that is totally AWESOME!!! Im thrilled to hear it! Take back the power! Like LSM said there is not a thing in the world she can do about it once the courts give him visitation.
