I am so glad that your mammogram came back negative. When I was 27 I had both breasts removed due to breast cancer. Not a fun thing to go through at all. I am glad you are well.
Take care of yourself, o.k.?

Duranie,
Oh, Dear Duranie, I am so, so very sorry you had to endure such a horror at such a young age. I am so blessed to have the tests come back negative.
When I was 26, I had stage 0 dyplasia. Back then, they didn't have the treatments they have today and I had a partial hysterectomy. Today, my 'illness' wouldn't have been any big deal. I would have had a few treatments and then probably still able to conceive.
With all the 'bionics' available on the market today and the amazing strides that medical research has made, perhaps someday they will be able to replace wombs. They already replace breasts. We're you able to have reconstructive surgery?
What an awful thing to go through when you are so young. I think you are the youngest person I know who has gone through this.
God bless, Duranie. You certainly have had your crosses.
Catnip =^^=

Thanks for your reply. Honestly, I have had soo much medical problems that not even cancer bothers me anymore.Pretty sad,huh?
Fortunately, my surgeon did reconstructive surgery at the same time as the masectomy(sp?). In a way it worked out for me. I was cursed with DD's and now I am a nice size B. The literally removed (total)6 pounds of breasts. I had always wanted breast reduction just not the way I got it.....
I am really glad about your tests being negative though. What a relief for you....
I also had (after the twins were born) severe cervial dysplasia. They removed part of my cervix. But, I couldn't have kids anyways because I had an emergency hysterectomy when the twins were born due to hemmoraghing. I have had quite the medical life, sigh.......
Take care,o.k.?
