Contact the local Bar Association or the local Legal Aid society and ask them about arbitration. They should be able to point you in the right direction. Just be sure to enter arbitration with very distinct and clear objectives, and STICK TO THEM! It will cost you less $ and give you less hassle in the long run. take care!!
