I have logged on here before with my H when we were having problems with my lieing. My issue wasn't physical but as you say here it was an EA. I felt like I had just made a friend but I did lie about it (well didn't tell all) with my H.
Well we were rearended in our car in November and ever since then I've been having emotional and physical rollercoaster days. Things have been okay with me lately but have been a bit depressing for me.
You see, I am a gym finatic and since the accident it's been hard to work out for me so I've gotten a bit softer than usual and my H makes it known. Well now I am very self conscious of it. I have kept my self covered when I'm with him, so he rarely sees me naked. I am extremely jealous now too.
Anyway, we seem to be really distant and are struggling to communicate. He told me tonight that we aren't doing so well. what do I do?
