Our bankrupcy was filed in time. She'll get ten cents on the dollar...We hope. Waiting for lawyer to call us back. He filed chapter 13 on Dec. 22.<P>That blew me away to read her name and my H name and the note he signed to her w/ his signature. Jan 21 2000.<P>Embarrassing to have neighbors call to see if everythings ok!<P>H told me she held him hostage for $ for too long. How sorry he is. gem, Its amazing how low these pigs will go oink oink. Things like this dont think about there children other than using them as tools for there sickness. She will get what she has coming and it wont be pretty. Hang in there.This shows that she is most likly pointing the finger at your H as far as oc to add more to her sick game.
