My H and I provide court ordered medical insurance for OC. This weekend we found out that OW has also been using dental benefits on our insurance that OC is not entitled to. Our lawyer, the company H works for and the insurance company all say that she is guilty of insurance fraud and will nail her [censored] to the wall. She knew she was not entitled to dental benefits.<BR>I know it isn't much but it is the first time that she is getting a little of what she deserves and boy does it feel GOOD. Even the Child Support people can't help her out of this one.<BR>I just wanted to share with people who might know how I feel.<P>Jtigger

How pathetic that she can't be happy with what she has. What a loser. I hope they put her through the ringer. I laughed a ittle when I read your post because the crust of these women never cease to amaze me. <P>They steal from us all that is precious and meaningful and then demand we pay for it!<P>They seem to think that they can do as they please and help themselves to any and all benefits as if they had a right to them and should be treated as if they were divorced wives of many years in legitimate relationships instead of predatory opportunistic wh0res. What really gets me is that they keep a kid they can't afford knowing full well there will be no dad, don't care how they hurt us and then don't have enough dignity to figure out the small stuff on their own. Are we to pay for every little expense? Will we be forced to pay for school lunch tickets and field trips, too? Will their hands ever be out of our pockets?<P>We can't expect any of them to have the dignity to take responsibility for their own choices. Finally some justice. Catnip you and I must have the same OW. What opportunistic leeches they are. Too bad these OC have these woman as role models.All I can do is pray for God's intervention.Our ow is an athiest(sp)to add insult to injury.No morals or values.But she makes up for that three-fold with her sense of entitlement.

Whether the OC needs braces. Does she need tutoring. Does she need summer cap. On and on and on. I just don't want to deal with this for the rest of my life. I guess i have been there already with raising a step-D and have bad thoughts on how it went, even though the mother was really not in the picture. But there were still all sorts of little incidents that I can see coming up with OC. Maybe I can meditate on this and get past my fears. I just wanted to give everyone an update.<BR>OW recieved the letter from our attorney letting her know she was guilty of insurance fraud. We may also be able to have her charged with some sort of forgery charge because SHE SIGNED my H's name as responsible party for the medical bills.<BR>My attorney says she called him twice today but he didn't take either call. He is going to let her stew for a day or two. His secretary told him she said it was an emergency, she just had to talk to him.<BR>God I just love it !!!<P>Jtigger
