Just when I said it was nice to not get harrassing letters these aholes are doing it again. I just looked closer this time at this letter and its from state of michigan family independence agency. That means this slut is on welfare right? We know for a fact what this sleeze makes and there is no way she should be getting welfare. What a bunch of s***. All the same old threats about saying he owes back support and he has not missed one payment sense this was ordered. The friend of the court garnished his paychecks right from day one they are the ones that set the ammount for arrearages and that is also been paid every week. However, in our case, it is a county here in MN and the county out in NY having a taffy pull with our money. They both claim we are to pay them. Then one garnishes my husband's wages, the other gets upset because there is no money coming to them, so they arbitrarily decide to revoke my husband's driver's license.<P>One of the counties is already getting three quarters of his wage, but it must be a secret because they don't tell the other county. The driver licence thing was in there to what got me was they said they were going to turn in into the credit reporting agency. We are trying to get a loan right now to buy us a piece of land like you and your h did. H has no credit history.With this loan we are working on getting him one. This is a bunch of crap to get bad credit for something you have been faithly been paying. The thing is also like your h they take the child support money even if it leaves us nothing and then to pull this s*** its enough to make you want to choke the snot out of someone. I dont understand why they cant just leave us alone.This crap keeps up and there will be some law suits filed I have had enough. Flowerseed,<BR>BTW, you should check and see if cs officials have put all of this on your h's credit report. When we moved from NC to PA, we started making payments to the PA child support collection and distribution system. however, NC could not get it through their thick skulls that we didn't have to pay THEM anymore. They couldn't seem to grasp the idea that the case needed to be transferred out of their jurisdiction. Anyway, finally they got to understand that we were making the payments here. But that didn't stop them from reporting h to the credit people as owing thousands of dollars in back cs. In truth, he was never late at all, so it was really unfair. When I saw the credit reports had that on them, I wrote a letter explaining how h was never late with child support, it just looked that was since NC didn't transfer their interest to PA right away. I threatened cs in NC AND PA with a defamation of character lawsuit in the letter and mailed it to both state offices and to the credit report office. i don't know how seriously they took my threats (I was just bluffing after all), but about 2 weeks later, we got an amended credit report that didn't mention cs at all.<P>My point is - check out h's credit report. Even if he is current in his payments, there is a big chance that cs officials are destroying his credit by reporting negative info. They just don't care how they hurt people. I would hate to see your efforts to build up h's credit history blow up just because of stupid cs officials.<P>-cd

C.D.,<BR>As of Tue of this week the report showed no history. I believe at this time they are just threatening him. I dont think it is the foc that is doing the harrasing this time its the state. I read on that site that you and gem were talking about yesterday something to do with this for our state. I believe it had something to do with the state trying to stick there nose into things like this. I think it is one office doesnt what the other is doing. I have got to check into it more.You would think that since they garnished his checks and he has always had a paycheck each week they could figure this out.They didnt even give us a choice which was fine with me because I dont think in the beginning I could have handled sending the money in anyhow. I think missy free ride must be on welfare now.Maybe she has been from day one of her giving birth I really dont know. I know she used having a kid to get herself into low income houseing because she had always lived with other people up till 2 weeks after her meal ticket was born. That could be why the state is involved. The state is also who we had to pay back for the dna test so the state has to be involved somehow. There still taking that out of his check and its been paid since Jan. He is going to have to go to court just to get them to straighten that out. Time off from work but they dont care she still gets her money even if it leaves us only $5.00 to live on for the week.
