Does anybody know about this injured spouse form that you can file if your expected a return. H had put down 9 dependents so the last four months hardly any thing was being taken out of his paycheck but we are still getting a refund. I dont know for sure if they are going to take it and give it to the sleeze ball. I think they are and I dont want her getting it if I can help it. If I remember right I can at least get half of it. Has anybody filed this form? I would have asked the tax lady but I just cant talk to anybody about this. with love flowerseed

Dear flowerseed,<BR>I don't personally know anything about it, but couldn't you call your local h and r block and just ask some questions without telling them who you are? They are usually pretty helpful with phone questions - I've done the same kind of thing myself.<BR>cdcollins
