Not the romantic kind of date. Had you all worried there for a second, didn't I? haha.<P>No, really, I have just found out that our mediation date will take place on May 2, at 1:00 pm. That is if our lawyer doesn't have a conflict with that date/time. H's cs modification hearing is set for May 3, at 1:30 pm, so it will be a busy couple of days.<P>Yes, you heard right - lawyers ARE supposed to attend mediation in that county. halleluia! I feel much better about it, knowing good ol' attourney will be there - which he darn well better be! courthouse lady said that I should definitely come, but she can't guarantee if I will be included in the mediation itself. Said the mediator will decide that himself when the time comes.<P>Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you all would focus some prayers on those two dates for us. i'll let you know if there are any changes.<P>Strangely enough, the past couple of months it has seemed like time was just dragging on and on and on with all of this. But now that the dates are set, I feel like time is barreling ahead at warp speed.<P>cd

Our court date is scheduled for May 8th...it's going to be a busy week, isn't it C.D? We/H is trying to do some mediation things with OW now that DNA is back to help us not be so SCREWED...we'll see what happens. Thoughts and prayers will be with you on those dates as always!
