I wonder can we sue ow for having incurable STD (herpes)<BR>and not telling???<BR>we didn't catch it!!!<BR>She had no business havin unprotected sex with ANYONE (i know neither did h he claims condom use)<BR>what kind of person catches this then continues to sleep around????? and esp maybe unprotected

<BR>I've never heard of a suit like this prevailing. However, I have heard of a judge ordering an individual with HIV to wear condoms and disclose their HIV status prior to having intercourse. The case involved a man with HIV intentionally having unprotected sex with as many women as possible. He'd slept with roughly 25 women before he went in front of the judge. Doubtless some of them became HIV positive, although I for privacy reasons we'll never know the exact count.<P>Bystander
