While h's cs modification is still set for May 3 at 1:30, the custody mediation has been pushed back to May 16th. So we have a two-week wait for that. It's just as well, i was feeling a bit overwhelmed at the idea of both taking place back-to-back like was originally scheduled. We also got copies confirming that ow's contempt hearing is going to be on April 30th. Hope they lock her up.
I noted on the papers that it said ow has to bring oc along to mediation AND provide someone to watch her while the private hearing is going on. So I called and left a message on ow's answering machine telling her that if she was having a hard time finding somebody to accompany her to the hearing to watch oc, I would be happy come and babysit there for her. I am quite certain that she will have her mom or sister go along to watch oc, but since ow finds my kindness to be EXTREMELY annoying, I thought it would be fun to make the offer. Anyway, I really wouldn't mind babysitting oc during the hearing, so if she does take me up on the offer, that would work too.
Lawyer says that he has not had any calls from the daycare director, so she must have found out that h is NOT liable for the past-due bill. Wonder how ow is going to cover it, especially once cs is reduced to a piddlin amount.
Well, that's all the news I have.
cd
P.S. k, tigger, others: The suggestion to kiss my h when I am irritated is working very well so far. CD... I would hate to have you up against me in a situation like this! You are most likely killing that girl with kindness.
I am so glad that this CS stuff will get modified. I will keep you in my thoughts all day on those dates. Carolyn

cd:
Your OW must be beside herself...to have her CS amount reduced to a piddily amount and have you be so kind and gracious must make her feel off balance and disarmed. You must feel like a cat who got away with the canary.
So May 3rd's the date, huh? I have to read your past posts from the past four weeks to catch up on all the news.
You sound strong and healthy. Maintain low tones, Mon ami.
Catnip =^^=
