My H really did not want anything to do with oc but ow kept bugging him and what really had an impact for a short time was Television! yes Television we all have one (most of us) He loves talk shows and you all know how Maury and Montel go on and on with DNA and deadbeat dads and how they should show responibilty to oc and so on well H got guilted out by that if you can believe it, So he made some time for oc and ow of course took advantage and stayed in the picture because oc can not be alone with h (she only wants h )anyway h decided on his own after 5 months and about 1110 visits it was not going to work for one thing he really can't stand ow, the other is he actually feels less for this oc than he does for his own nephews nwho he only sees about 5 times a year, but if it was not for TV he would never have caved into ow demands that he do something, anybody elses h watch TV?

We watch tv together but we stay away from talk shows as neither of us enjoy them.
We also stay away from movies or shows that envolve infidelity. That is most of what is on tv anymore it seems.
We watch old movies and I guess what I would call "wholesome" tv.
Sometimes just seeing something on tv can trigger all those old memories and the pain/anger starts all over again.
Try to convince your H to only watch things that show healthy loving relationships. It will be much better for BOTH of you.
