Thank you to all who read my post and offered words of comfort-VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! I'm doing better, just had bad night. My husband did his best to help me try to weather through it.
Tomorrow H is going to see lawyer. I told him that we should go as a family and always present a united front-what happened happened, it can't be changed. What we can do is always show a united front so that the OW will see us together and understand that she didn't break us up or ruin our marriage-=kind of an up yours to OW [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]!!!!! What I need is your help, especially those of you who have already been there. We haven't been to court yet, but I told H that we need to be prepared for whatever-i.e we need to be proactive instead of reactive. What should we remember to ask lawyer? Thanks for any suggestions.
ivc

Bring ALL you financial information and tax returns for the past two or three years. Make sure you have a documented copy of the lab report verifying paternity. Tell your attorney you want this settled quickly so you can move on with your lives.
I can't remember if you are asking for joint custody or visitation, but have something mapped out already of what you are requiring in exchange for the income shares that will be extorted from your living expenses.
You know, I shouldn't even post to you on this. I am a dismal example of what not to do and how the justice system can jerk someone around.
Anyone else out there with some REAL advice?
Catnip =^^=
