Well, tomorrow h and I go for our cs modification hearing, in which my amount will be set and ow's amount will be adjusted. Your thoughts and prayers have held me in good stead every time thus far, so I am hoping you'll add them one more time for me!<P>This time will be a little awkward because laywer will be present, representing h "against" me. Lawyer and I had "words" today regarding a difference in opinion, so at least I will not have to feign hostility, haha. He wrote something in an email that totally ticked me off and I sent back a very heated reply. Hopefully, he hasn't quit or anything because of it! <P>I am hoping that ow's share gets cut low enough that we can start to catch up a little financially. The past few months have been REALLY hard. Actually, since she doesn't have custody of oc at all, I am hoping she doesn't get anything right now, but bystander doesn't think that scenario is very likely. He feels that cs will probably be set up so that both h and ow are paying in to the grandmother. He's probably right, as usual. I won't mind too much if it happens that way, but if ow gets to keep collecting for a child she doesn't even have custody of, you all better prepare for an earthquake, because I will simply explode in rage.<P>The hearing is at 2:30. Well CD,<P>You can imagine my thought's on OW. She should get NIL, she does not even have custody now, cuz she is not a good person (I am working on my verbal nasties, and I thought I would give the moderators a break). I am sorry you even have to go through this. You are an amazing person and you should not even have to be put through any of this. Poohy, on all of them..the OW,the system, and the lawyer. <BR>You hold your head up, and smile. None of them even deserve to be in your presence.
