I saw on the news this morning a case in north carolina where a man sued an om for destroying his marriage and won over $1 million <BR>The wife left him for her high school sweetheart and married him<BR>now this husband won all that money and custody of their 3 kids<BR>I forget what the law was called<BR>

nbs,<BR>That is fascinating as our XOW lives in that state. I suspect she knew something about that law because she very carefully got her divorce going when she got pregnant and let her H think it was his kid until around the finalizing of the divorce, just a month before birth. I (her "friend" who did not yet know of A)wondered why she was so worried about the possibility of losing custody of her first 2 and I think the A is why.
