Sorry I didn't post sooner, when I log on to MB today, I was extremely upset when I read gemini's post that I forgot to let you know how it went with my children birthday.
My children had a good time yesterday, although h and I didn't took the children to an amusement park like Jenny suggest, but we replace old memories with new memories, I like this idea very much. H and children went shopping, H also bought them a cake we sing Happy Birthday to them just me, h and the children,I also record the children. We had a good time yesterday. The reason we had to do this, is because I have to take it easy, on Thursday night I started having chest pain, and almost faint. H took me to the doctor on Friday. The doctor told me this is a warning that I have to slow down, the stress and the anxiety is finally is catching up with me. Dr. told me I have to slow down, if I don't want to have a heart attack. Dr refered me to a stress management group. I have to tell you ladies I have never seen h so afraid, he even cry, all the time he kept saying this is my fault, for the pain I have cause you, for breaking your heart.
I am too young for this. My grandmother had two strokes due to stress, never had a heart condition, and she has been in a nursing home paralyze for the last fifteen years, and she was only 50 at the time. I do not want this to happen to me.

Dear Mina,
This sounds like a wakeup call for you and H. Maybe more so for H. Please be careful and take your Dr. advice. I will be praying for you.

Mina,
all the women in my family suffer from anxiety attacks. We are VERY high strung type A (never sit down for a min) type people. People always wondered why we are so thin, and eat like horses. I mean all of us (grandma, aunt, mom and sis)
Grandma is on medication, aunt and sis have it for when they have alot of stress going on in their lives. Their are several types of medications out their. But the symptoms are almost like heart attacks. you get chest pain, shortness of breath, and knumbness in limbs...it is very scary. One doc put my mom on heart medication even though she did not have a documented heart problem, that sent her to the ER (I flipped when she told me...I am an RN..I would have NEVER let her take that). Stress can play on the health of a person really bad. BE CAREFUL dont let them give you medication for your heart unless they can document a problem..ie EKG, Stress test or an Echocardiogram..Anyhow I had one time been given a low dose of Xanex..put me to sleep, then I tried Atavant (sp), it was much better took the edge off..as opposed to making me sleepy. Anyway good luck..I am glad the birthdays went well..Love MC

Thank you trying4sainthood, jenny, gemini, and mycross for your support, I am trying to do my best to take care of myself, and also for my children, they need me. I have to tell you h has been very caring and helpful.
Mycross,
Thank you for your advice, it help to have a nurse in this forum. I have never suffer from anxiety, until this mess that h created. This last 8 months since DD have been the most stressful period in my life, and h didn't help at all with his lies, and witholding of information. I have totally let this mess consume me, before I found about ow & oc, I was a very active person, exercise 5 times a week, I was in very good shape, now instead I have stop exercising, and I have put on 25 pounds.
I will follow your advice, I will not let any doctor give me whatever medication they decide, without further
testing.
