I feel the need to start a thread that you simply state your name and whether or not you are involved with visitation.

Once we have all stated our "position" on the matter, those who are mislead in thinking we are all on the "same side" can look up posts where we support others who don't make our identical choices.
Perhaps this will settle the misconception that the women/men here only support those that have made the same choices.

------------------
Zebra Baby ...
Lord, give me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

D-day was five, and one-half years ago.
One of the OC's came to our state. The other chose to stay home. The one that came, met all half siblings, all grown.
I met OW and, this time, both OC's. I flew to her state, and stayed with her for a week-end.
All this happened the first six months after d-day.
H and I have had no contact for the past five years.
ember

D-day was 1 year ago.
I was the one pregnant, and we have kept the baby, Abbi, and are raising her with her sister and brother. We will tell her when she is older the circumstances of her birth, but that Sailorman is and always will be her true Daddy.

Over 2 yrs since d-day
Oc is almost 2
No contact due to OW, she dropped her cs case since she didnt want ME involved and then moved without giving a forwarding address. Contact with OW a few times through email, but she refuses to go through me, so it is her loss.

D-day, three and a half years ago, we just got visitation after months of fighting in court, ow wants no contact, but it was court ordered. we have had visitation since Feb of this year. Things are going good, our children and the oc are doing great. Ow tries every trick she can to avoid visitation, we are going back to court soon to try and get extended time we only see oc once a week and we all want more. Cs court ordered and paid for two years. Gabi1116
