Yup! Ow came up to him from behind holding oc and said "Do you want to see your baby?" H finished pumping gas and looked at ow and said "Grow UP". He got into his truck and left. Came home and told me. Said he thought of tons of things to say AFTER he left but just couldn't wait to get outta there.<P>We waited for something else and of course she called H's business phone with an "I'm sorry and I think you look so good".....THEN (we recorded her message btw) we were coming home and just as we pulled in driveway H's cell phone rings...ow asking if he had a few minutes....H hung up.<P>I get heated and ask him if I can call her because I can't take this! H says "I'd love it!" I used his cell so she'd think it was H. When she answered I said hello ow this is mm's wife,Debi. H told me to tell you to stop coming up to him....stop leaving messages on business phone...stop calling cell phone...we are filing harrassment charges against you so stop!"<P>Ow says "harrassment?" I hung up. She called back from 3 different #'s for 1/2 hr. Each time I answered H's phone ow would try to yell something at me and I'd hang up.<P>We've had it! We are telling atty. Mon. If he doesn't act that day we're paying him off and getting a new atty.<P>We are looking into a lawsuit at my church as suggested by DazedandConfused. <BR>We are not having visitation now. H says she's not worth the trouble and when baby is older perhaps he'll seek us out on his own.<P>H is not allowing our surname to be used and will sue ow for that too.
