Last night(WED). The story was about a new law in South Carolina where if someone breaks into your home you can soot em dead no q's asked.
The story was about an ow who sot MM during a visit w/their child together. Drinking involved. Ow asks MM to leave his W or never see their son again. They begin to argue. MM leaves and ow slams door after shouting something. MM breaks down door and ow stabs him w/a kitchen knife and he dies. ow got off under new law.
They interviewed W and 3 children. W said it happened and it's one of the ups and downs of marriage(?). Through tears she said ow bothered her family. Would pull in driveway and beep horn late at night. Pull into driveway and play loud music...etc.
W had forgiven H. Ow wouldn't accept it. W wants an investigation done as her H was no stranger to ow.
That's how it ended w the family looking at pictures of their deceased Dad.
Sad eh? I'd like to see now if case gets reopened.....
love
Debi
------------------
Imagine....

It just goes to show you how dangerous this type of thing can get if not handled properly..the ow and the mm must have had so much built up anger that it ended up in death and orphans
