Sorry that I didn't post yesterday. This post will be very long. <P>Thank you for your support and prayers. <P>First let me start from the begining, I went to court with h, and stay in the car waiting for him until 12:00pm. I had to leave because I had to go to work, and it was getting late. H was tied up in court from 9:00am to 5:00pm, we were communicating by cellular phone. I didn't get home from work until 10:00 o'clock at night, and at this time is when I found out from h all the details. Let me tell you ladies, it took 1 1/2 hours for h to tell me everything that happen in court, you will be shock as well as I was when h told me what happen.<P>First debate-H answer all the accusations when he was not suppose to just for the record.<P>The judge told h that ow and her lawyer were present in court on Tuesday, and that he was aware the papers were not serve to him, but the Judge let ow and her attorney discuss their accusations anyway. The judge told H this case was dismiss because ow and her attorney didn't have any proof, and this issue will no longer be discuss. The judge also told h when someone makes accusations like that they better have proof, or they will not be valid in court. H told me that ow and her attorney, didn't follow the judge rules, when they were told not to bring this issue anymore, of h living with his wife and children and his wife collecting childsupport,h working off the books, and having hidden assets. H told the judge to let ow and her attorney ask whatever they want to since I don't have anything to hide. Ow attorney told h, that ow were told that he was working off the books, H said that is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. H then ask the attorney does this person who disclosed that I am working off the books, did they also told ow, what kind of work I am doing and where I suppossedly work. H also provided to the judge proof that he had search for work in the last couple of months. H said ow and her attorney didn't know what to say, the judge caught them in their lie, ow attorney, was about to proceed with the other accusation h living with his wife, and that is when the Judge said I have heard enough, stop wasting my time, I have other cases to review. When the judge said this, h told me ow lost it, and started arguing and screaming in the court room, that she was almost thrown out of court, the judge had to order recess until ow calm down. <P>Ow brought oc to court, but this time she also brought a friend to care for the child while she was in the court room.Court has nursery, but the child has to be over two years old, and potty train.<BR>Typical of ow bringing oc to court. <P>After Recess- Money issue discussion<P>Since ow and her attorney couldn't get h with their accusations, they had planned another scheme. H told me ow brought to court over $13,000 dollars of expenses for oc .<BR>4 bills to the emergency room,( meanwhile she has medical insurance) regular doctor bills, clothes, baby furniture,and food. Ow also told the judge that she has babysitting expenses of $500.00 a month, and when ask for receipts, ow said she didn't have any since oc babysitter is her neighbor. Ow told the courts that she want half-of this bills to be paid by h. Ow also told the courts that H have not given her money for oc since he was born, therefor h owes her childsupport for an entire year.The judge ask her how much do you think this man owes you, she told the courts I have calculculations, ow told the judge everything adds up to $12,500.00. I forgot to mention that she also told the courts about the lawyers fee, how she barely can't afford it but she wants this matter to settle, and her child to receive what he deserve, because the amount that was order by the court last time is not enough to cover oc expenses.<BR>H did not have to provide any information dating since 92, he told the courts he met her in March of 99, and started dating ow on April of 99, oc was born in July of 2000. H provide to the judge tax returns for 1999,and 2000. <BR>At that time h was making good money, and ow calculations was base on past salary, then h lost his job. H presented to the courts, everything that is consider asset, from bank account, to car model. After ow and her attorney presented their argument, and evidence, the judge told h you will your chance to show any proof, if ow is telling the truth or not, and since you don't have an attorney you are representing yourself. You will have the chance to ask any questions to ow as as well. H said the judge order another recess judge was going out for lunch and this case will take long and advise h to start thinking during recess what questions he want it to ask ow.<P>After final recess- H presents evidence and ask questions.<P>H told me thank God, the judge order another recess, because I had time to think what questions to ask ow. H wrote in piece of paper his questions.<P>You said that I have not provided any financial help for oc, since the time was born. She was caught in a lie, because h have returned checks as proof that he was giving ow money, and gave this to the judge. H also have receipts of buying pampers, clothes, babyformula. H said ow face turn red when h show all this receipts. The judge ask her you said he never gave you money for this child, he's showing cash checks sign by you. H was supporting oc, for the first 4 months, before DD. I guess H never trust her back then, because he never gave her cash for the support of oc, and he will give her the money in checks, and anything that the child need it he will buy it himself, and kept the receipts. He was keeping all this information in a safebox in the bank.<P>H also ask ow, why did you took oc 4 times to the emergency room, she want it to evade this question, the Judge told ow you have to answer this since he's representing himself and he doesn't have an attorney, 1. oc felt from the bed, and had a big bump in his head. 2. Oc had respiratory infection. 3. Oc had bronchitis. 4. Oc had fever. This child is only 1 year old. H said the judge was only shaking his head. <P>H also ask ow, you stated that you paid fees for your attorney, we met this attorney at Lamaze classes, you and his wife became very good friends. Ow had to admit, that her lawyer is a friend, and she's not paying any money. Another lie.<P>Another question H ask ow how is she supporting herself and show her financial disclosure, This is when h got her. Ow gave the judge her financial disclosure, Ow is not working and receiving 70% of salary in disability from her previous job (where she met h)full medical benefits, when she had told the judge last time, that she didn't have dental insurance for oc, (another lie) ow is receiving Social Security of $1500. for herself, and oc gets $500. monthly. H then ask her why are you receiving Social Security, this is when she broke in tears in court, and told the judge how she had a nervous breakdown,when h end the relationship with her, and after that she has suffer from depression, and was diagnose with a mental condition (h doensn't remember exactly the word she said for the mental condition), and this was cause by h and his lies. By this time h says that the judge has seen ow true colors, he told her you never mention that you were not working, and you said that you have $500.00 a month in childcare expense, the judge told her how can that be possible when you are not working. It gets better, when ow told the judge she has childcare expenses because she is running an accounting business from her apartment so therefor she has childcare expense,(ow is an accountant) which she's so stupid by being vindictive, asking for childcare money, she fall in to her own lies,she provided tax id number how much revenue this business is give her, and this is when the judge told her you claiming you have this mental problem and you are receiving almost $5,000 dollars of free tax income, but meanwhile you can run a business from your house, how is that possible please answer this question. I guess ow wasn't thinking straight when she let the judge know that she has a business. By this time the judge had enough and told ow to get her story straight. H had told the judge that he started working, and he was also supporting two other children. H says the judge was so exhausted with this case that he didn't even ask how much did he make. The judge told h that he and ow need it to come to a mutual agreeement, and didn't ask for the usual 17%, h don't understand why, but he's prepair for later on in case ow files again. I guess the judge saw that ow is doing finacially well. The judge said that he will not adjourned the case anymore, and ow did not agree to the $400.00 a month that h offered yesterday in court. H says the judge said since both party can't not come to an agreement, I will mail my decision. Ow told the judge, to try to mail the decision soon, since she's moving to Florida by the ending of August, ( I hope this is true). Ow and her attorney end up looking like liars, what a fool they made. <BR>Now h and I are just waiting to see what the judge rules. The judge told h he should be receiving it by next week. I hope the judge rules in our favor. Mina29,<P>I just have to let you know a little about my h's child by a former gf. She was young when they got together. She lied about her age and other things, but 2 months after they met, she came to him and told him she was pg and 16. She had told him she was 18. He told her abortion or adoption. She said no, she wanted the child and didn't want crap from him. I met him 9 months after the child was born.<P>From that time, she has told me on many occasions that she wanted nothing from him. Her bf (then husband, now ex-husband), that was 15 yrs old than her, was supposed to adopt the child when they got married. She said many times that she wanted him out of her life. Mind you, this was not an OW.<P>Well, fast forward 7 years. She is divorced and wanting to get out from under her parent's roof. She files paternity on h. I fight back. She has kept him and I out of the child's life but all of a sudden, she wants money. She wants child support from the day he was born and just about everything. We get a lawyer (h was mad that we spent the money at first) and go to court. The exgf lied about many things to the judge. They do not like that. Would you like to hear the amazing outcome of all of this - she only gets medical insurance. The judge yelled at her and made her cry for wasting his time and we only have to get insurance on the child. I could not believe it. I only tried to get out of back child support because she never wanted it at the time and I didn't think it was fair to do that now. We even offered her a compromise - we carry all insurance and pay child support starting with the month she filed. She refused it all because she wanted more. She got way less. <P>I know every state, court and judge is different. I just want you to know they don't like women that lie. I hope everything goes well for you.

Dear Samyoed, <P>Where are you from? I am from New York, ow and her attorney were caught in their lies. We didn't even know that ow was receiving disability and Social Security Benifits, and running an accounting business from her house. My h said he was shock, all this time she's been fighting for childsupport, when she's almost receiving $5,000. in disabilty and Social Security, and not counting the money from her business, she doing financially better than h and I. H said even the judge was surprise at the income that this ow is receiving. <BR>I hope the judge rules in our favor, since ow was caught in her lies. <P>Dear brokenwings, thank you for your support and prayers, <BR>H was telling me the samething that maybe he should go to law school. H is a computer analyst. I am happy that the judge saw ow true colors. The judge didn't made a decision in court was because, he saw that ow doesn't really need the money, and ow was lying through out the court hearing and was caught in her lies.<BR>I will keep you posted when I receive the judge decision.<BR>

Unbelievable how OW is milking the system--doesn't want to work, doesn't want to pay for anything. 13,000???!!! Please... I'm sure it will all turn out in your favor. God is good.
