http://www.vev.ch/en/pas/bw199912.htm
CD and all others seeking a healthy relationship with the OC, please check out this link. It's about Parental Alienation Syndrome, and best of all, there are steps on how to make this type of abuse by the other parent costly:
"The Agreement:
To better position oneself against an emotional abuser (because the courts do not recognize emotional abuse in these cases) one must build in contract provisions that allow for consequences to the party that breaches. If this is your first time going back to court you are the lucky one. Many of us have come to this realization after many failed attempts at enforcing the original divorce decree. Built in safeguards such as:

1. if one party interferes with custody and it is brought back to court the interfering party pays for court costs;
2. time interfered with is cumulative and made up at a later date
3. fined for interference (moneys collected usually go to the municipality)
4. family therapy ordered by court - mandatory - (discussed in step 5)
5. three strikes and your “out” rule -- meaning that if you bring three actions in front of the court for custodial interference (warranted) custody transfers to the parent being rejected.
any other provision you determine beneficial to you and repugnant by your ex-spouse.
I think it's worth the read for thos of you considering any contact with the child and xow/xom.
MM
