He proposed after listening, to tapes reading letters, and e-mails that we request her H adopt baby. She wrote repeatedly on how her H loved baby and talks to him by phone each week. H feels it would be best.<P>Ow will NEVER go for this!<P>As far as the surname ...lawyer is telling her to cease immediatly! Illegal in Ohio as child was born of her marriage! Whahoo! Also said even in a court judge decides on name and will surely make her use her last name as she's married and has 3 other c's! It would be in the best interest of the child so not to be "different" from siblings growing up.<P>I told lawyer what I felt. NO visitation as my patience are gone. We have a grandchild to worry about. Her constant calls and letters prevent me from having peace w/H. Lawyer said I have been MORE than good through this. That his wife would have knocked him out by now. Is sure ow isn't telling lawyer all she's done. He will CALL her lawyer and tell-all today!! Whahoo!!!!<P> My H said he will not visit as it now hurts me to have any communication w/ow. That I tried for months to make it happen and she gave me nothing but grief proves she's only worried about their relationship...not baby's.<P>Again if c looks us up on his own w/o ow I will welcome him.<P>Keep you posted...oh 1 more thing. We are going to establish visitation as it will be on record. We do not have to act upon it. Ow will continue to pull bull and we are now closing the book on her. <P>Lawyer was relly sympathetic to our marriage. Lawyer called yesterday to say he talked w/ow attorney. Seems ow attorney wasn't aware of any of the things ow has done. If she retaliates towards us after newest proposal our lawyer feels her lawyer is going to drop her as a client!!!<P>love<BR>Debi<P>------------------<BR>Imagine....
