i told you all about how the ow called my job, and i called her back and told her to worry about her nursing license. well, just out the blue--i asked my dh how things were going and had she contacted him. he told me know and when i asked about the CS and how she was getting it, he finally admitted (after i pushed and pushed) he was taking the money and putting in her mailslot. he went on to say that she wasn't there when he did this. i was sooo angry because we had an agreement that he wouldn't give her anymore money until we found out the C was his. he told me he was buying me time so i could go file for CS before she did and he figured if he just played along it would work for us. i asked him why didn't he discuss this with me first especially since we had an agreement. he said he knew i would not have wanted him to do it. i think since she told him that she didn't show up for the test because she wasn't unsure but only because she was embarassed and they could go together, she has him eating out of her hands again. i'm starting to think that he has started seeing them again and that's why she's not bothering dealing with me. if i found out he is seeing her, i am going to file for divorce for 1 betrayal is all i can take. it hurts toooooo bad to stay on a emotional rollercoaster. i told him if he believes he made a mistake and he wants to save this family, i will work very hard at it but i will not play monkey in the middle. i'm sooooo angry right now.<P>cdcollins, i went to court today and i go back on Oct. 19th please share your advice with me. e-mail me.<P>
