Jeez, this is the slowest I've ever seen it. It's like everyday is a weekend. Does everyone have a life but me?
What do I have to do to get everyone posting again? Maybe I should start some stuff so the crashers will come back and get us all rilled up! Just kidding!
I miss everyone.
Z.

Z,
You are so funny!! I too have noticed that it is quite slow. I know for me that I have been dealing with our upcoming "seperation" next week, and often can't find the time to even check in and read what other's are going through. Plus, Abbi is now crawling, and that also keeps me busy.
Tigger
PS it was great chatting with you last night.

I am new and trying to make sense of how this kind of board works. I have been lurking for a while though. Not sure how to go about really writing how I feel. I get upset by reading what others are going through and part of me feels that my life isn't so bad and part of me has fear that thsoe things could happen to me.
I keep myself calm by reminding myself that although all our situations are similar, they are also not 100% the same.
I am trying to get to know everyone though.
Hope to be able to figure this thing out!
Twiisty

Hi Zebrababy,
Remember me? We were going to try and chat, but we werent successful for some reason. I am living in CA now and I was hoping that we could still chat sometime.
Yea, this board is slow, I have been thinking the same thing. It does seem like everyone has lives but us, HUH? Do you remember the whole bonnieb situation. I had just entered this forum and wasn't familiar with her, but I learned from the other member' posts that she must have been a crasher.
Well, let me know if you want to chat. Take care, Julia

Hey Julia,
I would love to chat. I don't have yahoo on my puter anymore. did you ever get the aol downloaded?
if you need my screen name again... let me know and i'll post it for a hot second.
i'm usually on late evenings.... about 10:30-11pm. there's usually about five or six of us that hang out.
hope to see you soon,
Z.

Twiisty,
Just post what every you are feeling. We like happy news and love to be here to help with sad news. So just jump in whenever the spirit moves you.
And you were 100% right. Our situations are similar but very different. We all come to the table with different backgrounds, personalities, economics, OW/OC, and spouses. So what's happening to one may not happen to another. That goes for the good as well as the bad. But many have been in the same place and have words of encouragement for us.
I hope you feel comfortable here and look forward to reading your posts.
Z.

Hi ZB,
Maybe things are working out for the best with families pulling together after all the recent terrorism happening in our nation? Maybe families are revisiting their priorities... I don't know? Just a thought, however, we might be able to recruit some newbies who may feel more comfortable posting over here from the other boards...(?)
I go posting all over the place, so if I see another one (I have before...), I'll try to mention to them that there is support for them over here.

bonnie,
I find it interesting that you posted under my thread with such sarcasm. I never mentioned your name, you must consider yourself a "crasher".
The only other person that mentioned you, only did so as a reference and not a summons to appear.
But regardless, thank you for letting us know you are well and I'll sleep much better now.
Z.

I agree with BTDT that it is a good sign that there are fewer posts....though that can get a little boring for some who are here all the time (like me - I post everywhere). Maybe people are feeling love because of the tragedy, maybe the world is settling down a little as far as relationships go, cos when I first got here in July, people seemed to be posting non stop.
So isn't it a GOOD thing that they don't feel the need?
