OW and OC are found, OC is well, but I am not so sure about OW! H and OW had it out over the phone. She rants about how H isnt there for the baby...had visitation and paid cs since 1 month old. OC is 9 months old! Help her when she needs to work overtime, never late for arranged pickups, never back out of weekend, etc. Then she starts saying that my buying oc a halloween costume is a mother's job...
F#@king my H is MY JOB!!!!!
Anyway, OW calls back this a.m. and apologizes to H for yelling at him and wants to make nice. She says that if OC is causing any difficulties during visitation that H just needs to ask for her help..."you just need to talk to me" Aha!
The truth is revealed. She falls off the face of the earth, causes my H undue hurt and worry, just so she can get him to talk to her more!
Has anyone heard of the court ordering that communication for visitation go through the wife? OW is obviously determined to do whatever is necessary to regain communication with my H.
Also, for those who have been there and done that, do these OW ever wake up to the reality that H is not leaving the wife and GET OVER IT!!!
We are meeting with the lawyer tomorrow. Oh, and just a side note. I prayed last night and gave this mess to God. I knew he would soften OW heart to return phone calls and get this straightened out for the time being. Not two seconds after Amen, the phone rang...

TFS,
exOW will do anything even if it's negative to make or H's pay attention to them. The court cannot order commnicationn between the two of them. My exOW tried that and was shot down in court. All our H's have to do legally is pay CS.
That's all any father is requiried to do by law.
Unsure

In answer to your question, no they never get over it in fact OW has bought brand new house and brand new car now all she needs is my h. She never wants discussion with me, never want to compromise and try to pan things out so things can be somewhat normal for OC. Its crazy. Some of them live in a fantasy world and dont want to wake up. The reality is that if they knew we would stay with our husbands through an OC they probably wouldnt have had them at all. It is about pissing us off and thinking they are pleasing our h's. Right! It is sad, but true! Why piss us off we could possibly help, he lied to us both but he cant have us both, he wants his family. They dont get it!

Tryin, the court cannot order ow and h to communicate.
Visitation can be set by court but not WHO sets it up. She may say H only but H needen't comply.
love

Tryin,
I think it depends on who they are and how their lives progress with out H. I never never never though our ow would get her own life, although I have prayed for it. And I will be! She is now married and wants new H to adopt oc! Miracles can and do happen so dont give up!

tryin4sainthood, I think thats a great idea to bring up when you go to court. Thats the only way I would have it. We dont have any contact but made an agreement long ago that if ow did ever try to contact h that ow was to go through me. Glad you found out that ow didnt disappear with oc. Good luck and stay strong.
