Has anyone in Oklahoma ever made a private agreement with the OW for CS? I feel it would be in our best interest and the OW seems amenable. We have four children of our own and I'm afraid that any court mandated CS would devastate us economically! From everything I've read here it seems as if the court doesn't take into consideration any children from the existing marriage. Could we just make an agreement through a lawyer and not through CS enforcement?
