Hello, I just have a question. My H told me that OW boyfriend that might be living with OW is the same one that my H caught her with back in Februray. He was also at the bar when my H and OW went out back in Janurary. He would always go up and say to OW and leave them alone. If this man thinks that he is father why would he not sign the birth certificate or get a paternity test done?<p> Dawn
