Jenny, Gemini, Catnip, cd, Bozo's Deb, Zebra, Happy Girl, Mrs. Job, Broken wings, Flowerseed, Happy Girl, Gabi, Tigger4jdt, Ohbratti, and the scores of oldies and newbies. Please don't be offended if I did not call your name, you are all precious to me. Special wishes to Xarelel and Tempest for keeping everyone organized on this board!
It has been a long and difficult three months since the loss of my twins. But Christmas has always been a magical time for me and I have felt my spirits lifting despite my best efforts to wallow in self-pity.
I thought I would look in on MB today and I was amazed to see that Jenny posted so many wonderful resources for me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. And Bozo's Deb, I thank you for the link to the website where you can memorialize your lost children. This ritual will be an important part of my new year.
God has been watching over me and keeping me afloat in my sea of misery. It is now time for me to find my own feet and wade to shore. I am doing it step by step.
I just wanted you all to know that I am praying for us all that 2002 will bring more wisdom, more tolerance, more love, stronger marriages, peace and happiness.
There is much to do in 2002 ... that's my new motto. I managed to put the hurt and pain of the OW/OC behind me and keep going forward in my marriage. The loss of the twins was a serious setback and starting me thinking again about all the reasons why I thought my H was looking for another woman. And, it has not been easy for my H these past few months. I have watched him trying to awkwardly comfort me.
I know the grieving is not going to stop yet, but I think at least I can get a handle on it and start to manage it better. This has been the Christmas gift that I needed and I prayed for -- to be able to start to feel that I could cope with life again.
I am determined and I will do it. And, I will need the support of many good people including the friends I have met at MB. Thank you for still caring. Thank you for not giving up on me even when I think I gave up on myself.
May each of you have a wonderful, blessed and magical Christmas. Put your troubles behind you and let the spirit of Jesus wash over you and fill you with strength for the mission ahead. We are all special people who deserve happiness. Let 2002 be the year we get it.
Much love to all,
heavenly

Heavenly,
I am new somewhat new here... I remember reading your h's post regarding the twins and i sat there in front of my computer with my mouth open in shock and my heart broken for this woman out there in the world going through this unimaginable time. It sounds like you are past the initial pain and sadness and you offer such wonderful words of hope and encouragement, thank you for your strength. I am not half as strong as you. I pray that you and your h stand strong in the eyes of the Lord... There are many blessings in store for you both.
God's strength is always yours,

My dear sweet Heavenly,
Sometimes when we least expect it the Lord brings us the comfort we are desperately in need of. Thank you so much for allowing Him to use you like this.
My heart is lighter now reading your post. I can not, and I pray will never, be able to imagine the loss you and so many have endured. It is comforting to know that the Lord brings comfort and strength enough to carry us though. May He continue to watch over you.
Merry Christmas to you and I pray many blessings for you in this coming year.
Love
bw

Dear Sweet Heavenly. How truly wonderful to see my old friend back in town!
With a message so full of hope . I am soooooooo happy you wrote to all of us during this holiday season. I am happy to see the "magic" of Christmas is still alive for you. I welcome you back ashore to join with all of us in praying for happier days ahead.
I know how hard this past year was for you Heavenly. My heart ached when your H posted his message to us. I know how his heart ached for you and the sinking Heavenly. So much that he shared such a private time with all of us so that we may send words, however feeble, to attempt to comfort you. You surely have been there for all of us, especially me, when I was filled with despair.
Prayers to you Heavenly.
Welcome back.
Love
Debi

Dear Heavenly,
I don't know your story, but in what I read, I can't begin to imagine your pain. I just posted asking how do people cope? After my post I read your message. Thank you for your lift. Your lift has given me strength to lift my head today. I would like to join you in your new motto "There's much to do (and regain) in 2002. Thank you and God Bless.
Here's to our new motto for 2002! Salud

Oh Heavenly,
What a wonderful gift you have given us this Christmas! I am thrilled and releived to hear from you and to know you are well and dealing with your loss. I, like so many others here, worried about you and hoped God would keep his arms around you.
Reading your post today.... I know now that he did.
I so look forward to hearing your voice of wisdom. There are so very many newbies here that will greatly benefit from your experience and insight. They (and we) need veterans like you to show us there is a light at the end of our tunnel.
You and Mr. Heavenly are an inspiration to us all. Oh how he loves you dear Heavenly. I hope you had a chance to read his words. They were so moving to all of us.
Looking foward to catching you up on the ongoings. Let us know when you are up to a chat session. I'd love to share a glass of wine with you..
Cheers and welcome home.
