I forgot to mention. When I stopped posting in Septmber, I said that I was going to work on Mr. J's 3rd highest EN--an attractive spouse. I am very, very overweight, but I lost 30+ pounds from 9/20 to 12/20 and had no weight gain over the holidays. I started back on my diet yesterday (don't ask how it went, not very well).
My goal is another 20 off by the time we fly to bring the boys home. I want my butt to fit better in an airplane seat. Flying is miserable, but it is even worse at my weight.
MJ
MJ

MJ,
Way to go! Good Luck with your weight loss. My D is 20 months after giving birth I gained an additional 20 plus pounds. I'm taking it off safely and burning body fat through LA Weight Loss. It's a great program and not to expensive. You don't have to buy prepared foods. If your weight plateaus (sp?) and levels off they have great natural ways to jump-start your metabolism.
I originally lost 20 lbs. with the plan my D had pneumonia last winter I was in the house for 4 weeks. And I started birth control pills I gained 20 lbs. in 2 months time. I just got back on the plan two weeks ago and I'm down 8 lbs. Just some information that might be helpful.
Unsure
