today was great. H made breakfast in bed for me.. since he has never cooked .. this is a big deal. It was a great day. I got to be pampered all day and have me time. With 5 kids that is a blessing all its own.

I had to be away from home on my first Mother's Day. My niece is still critically ill and I felt I needed to go home to my family for a few days.
However, I got home last night and my H had made me a Mother's Day card on the computer and helped the boys make one also. It was very sweet.
Thank you Mo5 for your kind message.
MJ

Our prayers are with your niece, I know how difficult this is for you, I know how much your sister needs you at this time,It is what sisters are for.
Your first moms day with your children, how exciting.. to be honest I see every day as moms day, I hear MOM all day no matter where I am. lol
my holiday was nice, this morning is my birthday and my sister came and took my little one , and let me have the day to my self.
I dont know what to do with my self with out a baby.

I know what you mean, time without the baby... Momof5, run! Just kidding!
How about go out and do something you enjoy like shopping (that is always a trick with a baby..) or get a relaxing facial...
Happy Birthday!

HI CMIRANDA
I think a massage is what i am doing for my self. And a book, in between all the many other duties I have, and work still calls on computer.. so in between all that.. I will enjoy.
of course i already miss her...whats wrong with me!?

Wonderful, a massage sounds divine!
I know how it feels to finally get a small window of time alone and then I just miss my son and think about when I will get home, etc. Loving a person more than ourselves is what is wrong with us!!
A Mother's love is the most precious of all.
Enjoy your time & the massage!!!
