I have a few questions if anyone has any answers or suggestions id gladly listen...we live in ks ow lives in tx...is there any way to find out if she is really truely pregnant? My other question is with the distance when (if) the baby comes...how will they do the paterinty test?

paternity test is easy... when it is done, it will be done at individual tesing place, via hospital or with witnesses like dr or nurse at a lab, and sent to same testing lab. most likely just a cheek swab. painless for baby.

If no one has contacted you through the courts, I dont know how you would know if she was pregnant unless you went to visit her during pregnancy, I would wait till your husband is served.
