I want no argument about this. We are the proud grandparents of the most beautiful and the strongest little girl in the world. She joined us in this life at 7:15 Saturday evening (a most convenient time for us older folks. It was so thoughtful of her don’t you think?) and she weighs 4lbs. 12 oz. What a perfect little lady she is. I am so happy for her, my son and DIL after their ordeal that everything has turned out so well. She isn’t even on a respirator in the NICU and the mother is doing extremely well although very tired.
We were even invited to the hospital to see them at the birth and things seemed to go fairly smoothly between the MIL and W.

First your beloved wife doesn't have cancer and now your DIL safely delivers a wonderful baby girl after fearing for the worst. How fantastic for you and your family. Hopefully your new little grandgirl will be the means for full family healing.

What happy, joyful news to read this morning! I am happy that the baby is doing well, and that mom is as well! Prayers for continued good health for both, and that all will be home as a family soon!
