You all are NOT going to believe this!!!

Our attorney called yesterday.
3 wks ago, she told us about exOW’s attorney attempting to slide past her a motion to set the holiday schedules… (no big deal, we wanted to do that anyway, no need to be sneaky about it)
Well, she has still not received anything from him yet!

Now, here is the kicker….

The case was called up again yesterday. Our Attorney was in another courtroom when the case was called. ExOW’s attorney and the GAL were there… AND a man stood up in H’s place!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

Who the H, E, double hockey sticks what that??? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

Because our attorney was not there, they pushed it back on the docket.
When they called it again later, this guy was GONE!

The GAL caught up with our attorney and told her,
“I know it’s been a long time since I saw your client, but THAT was NOT him.”

Now, our attorney is checking into the record from yesterday and find out WHO this guy actually claimed to be.

Can you believe this???

What is going on???

When will the insanity end???

Hopefully, you can use this against ex-OW.

From what our attorney said, the GAL believed that he DID identitify himself as H.

But, she knew better.

Now, we await our attorney's call to tell us what she found out today.

If he did identify himself as H, that is willful intent to defraud the court.

I would say STIFF penalties...

I am sure this is some silly misunderstanding, The attorney would have said this is not Mr. stacia. Dont you think , and certainly the GAL would have done so.

GAL is Guardian Ad Liteum. She is the attorney for the child. She is to look out for the BEST interest of the child.

The records will show if he did indeed identify himself as the Father of the child in the case.

Our Attorney was only informing us as to what happened in the courtroom.
They have not set anything, other than there will be mediation.

Time will tell.

Well, with what's been going on, with this "Wanna-Be", recorded messages that she won't play the "date/time" stamp, xOW needing you for 2 weeks while DC person is supposedly in the hospital and you are now on week 3, the first time they tried to slip the holiday scheduling past your attorney, and now this, I say that xOW is folding in on herself! She's seeing how much she's screwing up, and is getting desperate.

I was reading the latest on your other post, and I can't remember who said it, but maybe she is trying to get you guys in trouble, since all the court documents on anything remotely bad is on her, as far as harassment and child abuse of one sort or another. She's trying to get you guys to do something to discredit you. Didn't they find out once that she's slandered you as well?

Just keep up the good work, keep your line of communication open w/H and keep on top of this as much as you can! Don't let her, and her stupid games drag you down, and enjoy your time with LilBit!

Oh, I was wondering how one attorney can have a case called w/out the other attorney not being notified? I've never had to deal with anything even remotely this sorted, but I just thought that if a motion or request that affects both sides is brought to the court, aren't both sides to be notified? If that's not the case, how can you be sure she's not going to try this again?!?
