I began to think that I was the only one who had ever considered getting back with my ex-husband after he had an affair, and may be the father of a child born June 15, 2002. So many of the books on dealing with affairs don't even address the issue of what to do if a child is conceived, as a result of the affair, and you want to attempt reconciliation. I began to think that I must be one sick puppy!! I have lots of questions and concerns, but for right now I'm just glad to have found this site!

I am very sorry to have to welcome you to this sad little club that no one wants to be a member of, but you have come to the right place and you will find wonderful support from others who are going through and have gone through what you are enduring now.
Spend some time to familarize yourself with the other members by reading as many posts as you can. Read all the material Dr. Harley has posted here on infidelity and the Rules of Protection and Honesty, the Policy of Joint Agreement (POJA) and Plan A and Plan B. Study the site and learn the principles and philosophy and open a new thread and tell us your story so we might get to know you better and so we can offer you good counsel and comfort.

Yes! Welcome to Marriage Builders! I believe you have found the right place where you can begin to recover from this blow to your marriage and find your way back to truth and happiness with your husband--rekindling romantic love by using the concepts presented here and in the books. Have you read Surviving An Affair? That's probably a good starting point for you.
Just curious... Is your H interested in Dr.Harley's MB concepts?
