Last Saturday on a beautiful fall day Doc and I were married here at our home. We had a nice civil ceremony in front of immediate family and a few close friends. We had planned on writting our own vows but decided to take a walk a few hours before, and privately commit ourselves to each other. While this man has caused me more pain than any other human being, he has also brought more joy and happiness into my life than I've ever known.

He finally "gets it"...the people in his office had a card waiting for him when he got back from taking some time off. The XOW of course had to sign it...Doc knowing this brought the card home anyway and after I read it, he took it outside and burned it. He earned a few points with that one <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

One of the nicest things about our wedding day for me was it was truly the first day thoughts of the OW did not invade my head.

Doc's Wife!!!! Congratulations to him and Best Wishes to you, Gal. I thought about you last week and wondered how all was going and said a little prayer for you. I like the card burning in effigy...so meaningful. (I bet last weekend was not a good one for XOW...boo-hoo)

I am thrilled for you both and for your future together. I pray the biggest issue the two of you ever have is who's turn is it to let the cat out.

Love
