another bad day

Hello everyone just had to write again nothing new I feel like husband wants things the same and goes day to day and I feel like nothing is the same. I have changed my way of thinking and he just seems grateful I haven't thrown him out. Yes says he loves me and feels really bad but I need more and I don't thing he gets it, I find I'm in a fog and he goes around like everything is okay. He usually calls me 2 times a day today no call at all whats up with that? I am so insecure and needy and I never was like that and husband does have the skills or just doesn't want to do more. If I bring this up he says all the right things but his actions are because I told him do act that way. No flowers, no card, no extra long letters telling me how he feels. He needs to win be back and i think he thinks he has. Not close
