I just want to say how proud I am of members who have reached so much IMPROVEMENT in RECOVERY!!!

I'm "old" here. I remember when many of us were new and how broken we were, but reading some of the replies nowadays, OH the PROGRESS!!! I'm not gonna name names: you know who you are!

Hell I feel like Forest Gump after all that has happened.

I kept on working and loving with the heart of a "Forest" without knowing what was wrong...found out....did what I had to do.....and lived through it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

I thank God every day for showing me the way he wanted me to walk.....I trusted and still do.

Maybe.... do you think there's something to that PRAYER THING?

Answered in the way HE wants....For the good of all HIS followers.

hey I had a very wise man say something the other day . He was talking about things in life that just arent fair. He said they will leave you bitter person or a better person.

4 yrs later I can finally feel that Im going to take what has happened and both me and h have both become better. with love, flowerseed

Hey! Hip hip hooray for everyone from me too!!

Flowerseed, I loved that bitter or better thing. I know me and H are "better" too. The only one left who is "bitter" is the OW who is still obsessed with H... Not saying I don't have those bitter moments sometimes, like when I can't pay a bill because we are short a whole check each month that OW gets in CS. But, it passes as soon as it surfaces because it is a way of life and will be for another 13 years or so. 95% of the time, we are "better" and that is the most important thing.

I am truly happy. Our marriage is a success and our daughter is just the sweetest little baby I could have ever wanted (She is cute too!!). I love being a mom, love being a wife and love watching what a wonderful H and father my H has become!!

Congrats to all the other survivors and good luck to those just trying to survive right now, my prayers and thoughts for all of you.

Oh I hear ya I still have them days to but now days they are fewer and far between once that check is on the way it passes. I can put it behind me for another month. I still get bent every time I fill out a money order. I don’t send the child support payments from our checking account so I have to go buy a money order each month. It sure would make this so much easier to put this behind us if we didn’t have to be reminded by paying ow for having sex with our h. 15 yrs to go. I least its not forever sometimes it feels like it.


Do you have a site with pic of your little sweetheart? I’m sure you do and I missed it.
