Hello out there, counseling begins today. H had a ONS and as a result a child was produced. I guess the thing I'm wandering now is just what to expect during counseling. Can anyone give me a little insight. All of this is so very new to me.

SEE my story. I found about affair 2 months ago. H and I are in MC and it seems to be going fairly well. I have my ups and downs. I have been tuning in to this site and offering advice and support. I am not fully recovered however. I am still in shock and feel like this is all a dream and I will be waking up real soon. But, reality is I am awake and life must go on. I will not let this thing defeat me. H is being very supportive he is fighting hard for this marriage even on my bad days he is very supportive it shocks me. Spending lots of time together. NC with oc yet until legal issues resolved. This is h first child so imagine the devastation I feel. See my story. Good luck in your session.
