I do think because of H's early Q's of paternity, that it is clearly somewhere still in his thoughts, even if he's moved them to the back of his mind for now. I was only commenting on how odd it is that he has never brought it up again, and more...that he seems so totally thrilled.
When I confess, do you think it would be improper of me to ask that he not reveal it to the children, nor family and friends? I am assuming that I would not have rights to ask anything of him at that point. Please, anyone, feel free to answer with your opinions on this Q.

as your partner in parenting your children of course you may ask that you and he absorb it first and decide together what to do.. I am sure as a father he would feel the same as you he would want to wait untill you and he know what your doing first.
